Heat Resistant Vermiculite Coated Silica fabric is a high performance textile fabric that is comprised of high ourity,high strength amorphous silica fabrics. Additional vermiculite coating will enhance the fabrics unmatched abrasion resistance and tensile strength.

Vermiculite coated silica fabric is an ideal replacement for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It willnot burn,rot,mildew or deteriorate and resist most acids.It will keep perfect state when it works at 1100 degree celsius  for extended periods.

Continuous working temp.:  1100℃degree
Short time working temp.:   1400℃degree
Instant working temp.:      1650℃degree

heat and flame shielding
protective screens in non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy
shelters to protect the equipment during welding operations
thermal insulation of pipe joints in preheating modes before welding
