BSTFLEX supports OEM and industrial procurement with a structured quality system and product-level compliance documentation. This page summarizes the certifications, declarations, and SDS/MSDS files that are commonly requested when sourcing high-temperature sleeves, heat shields, insulation materials, and welding protection products.

1) Quality Management System

We operate under an automotive-grade quality approach and maintain certifications including IATF16949 and ISO9001:2015 (see certificate images/files on this page where available). This framework supports repeatability, traceability, and documented controls across production.

2) Product-Level Compliance & Declarations (Examples)

Depending on the product family and customer requirement, we can support common compliance needs such as:

• RoHS and REACH declarations for selected products (e.g., fire sleeve programs)
• SDS / MSDS documents for specific materials and constructions (e.g., corrugated tubes, silica tapes, fire sleeve)
• Application-specific test reports and validation files (when defined in the RFQ)

Note: certifications and test scope may vary by product type, construction, and end-use. If you need a specific compliance file set for your industry, please include it in your RFQ so we can confirm availability and applicability.

3) Fire Sleeve Certifications & Test Evidence (Commonly Requested)

5) What to Include in Your RFQ (So We Send the Right Files)

• Product name / link (or application description)
• Operating temperature and exposure (radiant heat, direct contact, flame, splash)
• Dimensions and tolerance requirements
• Required documents (CoC, inspection report, RoHS/REACH, SDS/MSDS, test reports)
• Quantity and target delivery schedule
