Silica Fiber Braided High Temperature Sleeving

Silica Fiber Braided High Temperature Sleeving made of silica fiber, this sleeve can withstand higher temperatures than fiberglass. It resists open flame and molten metal splash, so it’s a good choice for welding applications. It also withstands oil and gasoline.

Silica Fiber Braided High Temperature Sleeving is ideal for protection of delicate components and personnel from exposure to high temperature exhausts and pipes.

Silica Sleeve is braided into a strong and flexible sleeve from silica yarns. This sleeving provide enhanced thermal protection up to 1,800°F. Used to protect rhe water cooling hoses, hydraulic hoses, and electrical cables. Also provides great insulation for exhaust systems.

Operating Temperature Range: Maximum Continuous(Mil-I-23053) 1800°F / 982°C.
