96 oz fireblanket Firesleeve with Hook and Loop Velcro Closure is designed for special large size. Firesleeve has a limitation in that it must be slid over the hose or cable it is protecting. This may be a problem if the hose or cable is already installed and cannot be removed from the machine or equipment. A solution to this problem is a firesleeve with a hook & loop fastener closure manufactured into the sleeve. This allows the firesleeve to be installed on hoses, cables or lines without disassembly.
The material can withstand temperatures of up to 500°F / 260°C continuous exposure; Molten Splash at 2200°F / 1205°C for periods up to 15 minutes and short excursions to 3000°F / 1650°C.The extra thick formulation of silicone rubber from ozone, UV and light duty abrasion.
