High Temperature Insulation Silica Fiber Needle Felt is made of 100% silica glass fiber with consists over 96% SiO2 withstand temperature up to 1000℃. On request, the felt can be aluminiumized, aluminiumized and embossed, with adhesive, coupled with glass fabric, with adhesive, coupled with glass fabric and cut to specifications.

The silica needle felt is easy handling, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form, it is mainly to offer as preformed pipe for exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation pipe for petrochemical, insulation jacket, energy saving industries where high temperature resistance is required.
