Materials for Exhaust Heat Protection

Material construction is selected according to the thermal and mechanical requirements of the exhaust system. Available solutions can incorporate fiberglass, high-silica fiber, basalt fiber, high-temperature insulation materials, aluminum foil, embossed aluminum, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys such as Alloy 625. Multi-layer constructions can combine an insulating core with a reflective or mechanically protective outer surface.

Custom Exhaust Heat Shield Manufacturer

Exhaust Heat Shields by Application
