The heat-resistant surface layer is crafted from premium aluminum foil, effectively reflecting up to 90% of heat radiation to ensure superior thermal management. The insulating base layer consists of a quilted glass fiber needled mat, which delivers exceptional thermal insulation and sound-dampening properties by absorbing vibrations and reducing noise transmission.

The material exhibits extreme temperature resistance, remaining stable within a range of -40°C to +120°C without mechanical fixation. When mechanically secured, it withstands temperatures up to +600°C, making it ideal for high-heat zones in vehicles, machinery, and industrial systems. The aluminum surface also serves as a robust barrier against oil, water, fuel, and dirt penetration, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments. Compliant with fire safety standards FMVSS 302 and DIN 75200, it meets stringent automotive flammability requirements. Additionally, its lightweight, flexible design includes a self-adhesive backing (SK) for easy and secure installation.
