Basalt fiber muffler packing, mat or fiber, This high temperature material is designed for 1500F continuous and has a softening point of over 1800F. Designed for extreme duty four stroke temperatures and offers the longest repack intervals.

Fiberglass muffler packing, mat or fiber, This high temperature Muffler Packing rated to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit.  Well suited for small to medium size two and four stroke mufflers.

Ceramic muffler packing, mat or fiber, This high temperature Muffler Packing rated to handles 2500 degrees Fahrenheit. Our ceramic muffler packing kits are far more dense than normal fiberglass packing material allowing the muffler that is repacked with our material to have a much better tone. Well suited for all mufflers.

Fiberglass, ceramic, silica, basalt exhaust muffler packing materials are designed to optimize the performance of the exhaust system for not only useful life, minimizing DB’s, but also to give the right tone or sound to enhance the vehicle.
